[Voice] Trust?

[This whole "Christmas" thing has certainly left Jay with something to think about. Apparently, he's made the mistake of trusting someone and paid dearly for it. Well, he's paid them back, but that's beside the point. And thus, he'd like to get people's opinions to help him analyze a certain concept.]

I'd like to discuss something with everyone. How can you tell that you can truly trust someone? How do you know they won't abandon you?

Depends on why. If they have a good reason for it, you can't really blame them. Sometimes paths cross, and then split up again. But if they're running away or leaving without a reason, you should chase after them and find out why! Even if they don't stay, you at least deserve an answer.

Part of the trust you have in people is trusting them whether they're staying or leaving, too.
