[Action] Hey Shorty, It's Your Birthday!

[Today is Jay's birthday…but he doesn't know it. Yes, he knows that Chibi-Usa randomly chose this date to be his birthday, but he's more or less forgotten about it, and assumes that she's done the same.]

[Today, Jay can be found walking from C3 to the plaza with empty bags in hand. After observing the population for a while, he'll head to the shops to gather food and other supplies. It's not his birthday, he doesn't need presents. It's just another day, really. Or is it?]

[Feel free to catch him anywhere between C3 and the plaza with your presents and birthday wishes.]

[OOC: This would be perfect for Joshua's event!]

[Well, the birthday boy isn't getting away that easily. As soon as Stella saw that post of Chibi-Usa's, she got to work, choosing to spend as much time as possible making her gift rather than waste it to tell her that she'll be there. It would take some time, after all.

But on the day of the birthday, she finishes it. She wraps up the box with purple paper and puts a cute orange bow on top, places Sophie in the capable hands of her sister, and then, she's off to find Jay!

Now where could he be... Chibi-Usa didn't exactly explain where he'd be or anything, so she'll just wander aimlessly searching for a certain ninja boy.]

[And she'll find the ninja boy walking aimlessly around the fountain, observing everyone. He doesn't see Stella just yet, so she'll have a chance to surprise him.]

[Ah, but Stella knows she has no chance to surprise someone like him. Still, once she searches by the fountain and finds him there, she smiles to herself, then walks at a brisk pace towards him, a rather large, yet light, wrapped box in hand.]

Jay!

[He certainly didn't expect her to approach him, but he hides it with a smile.]

Stella. It's been a while.

Indeed, it has. Far too long.

[Her smile turns sly now, and she shifts the box so that she can hold it in one hand while the other fluffs the bow a little.] A little bird told me that today was a special day.

R-Really? What's so special about today?

[Clearly he has no idea what she's talking about. Today's just another day in Luceti, nothing more.]

Your birthday, silly! [And she holds out the box! Go on, take it! You know you want to!]

...What? But--

It's not my--

[Wait a minute...it is his birthday, isn't it? He takes the box and continues to stare for a moment.]

U-ummm...

[Examining the box now. To open or not to open...?]

[Stella widens her smile as he takes the gift, then leans her weight back against he heels and locks her hands behind her back, occasionally rocking to her toes. She's obviously both anxious and excited - I mean, would he like it? On the other hand, she's eager for him to see what she's made for him.]

Well, go on!

[Inside, Jay will find a relatively life-sized doll of an oresoren (http://www.tales-central.com/picturegallery/legendiapictures/images/pippo3.jpg) with Pippo's hat, although she didn't have time to make his clothes or find a cute little harp to attach to his paw. It may not be the most accurate thing in terms of height and the details on the hat, considering her visions of their journey were foggy at best, but she tried her best to make it from memory. On the oresoren doll's lap within the box is a plate of cookies, and since Stella doesn't know which kind Jay likes, she made all kinds!]

[Slowly, Jay pulls off the purple paper and opens the box. His heart instantly melts when he sees the Oresoren doll inside.]

This is...

[Just what he always wanted...or rather, the next best thing. Nothing can compare to the real Oresoren, but this will have to do. He sure wouldn't want the Oresoren to be trapped here with him. Now he fumbles for words, not sure what to say...]
