[Action] Jay the Shorty

[As if Jay wasn't small enough already, he is now tiny. Very tiny. He tries to brave it by going out and trying to carry on his day like usual, but ends up regretting it as most of the people threaten to inadvertently step on him. As you pass through the plaza, you may hear his voice if you're not careful.]

Hey! Could you please watch where you're stepping!?

[At the very least, he's glad that Moses isn't around to make fun of his even smaller size. He'd never hear the end of it then…]

[After probably what seems like forever for poor Jay, something will spot him and offer a helping hand. Or, well, a nose.

It's a small, oddly colored golden wolf (http://i564.photobucket.com/albums/ss81/KatnipThief/doodles41.png). She lays her head on the ground before Jay, watching him gently with her dark eyes. Her ears flick to the voices and sounds of people stomping by, and she's very careful to not let a single one accidentally step on the poor kid.

Hop on, little friend, she knows what it's like to be that small. And she can take you somewhere safer - or just be your taxi for the day. Miyabi doesn't have any plans, and she'd much rather him remain unharmed.]

Hmm?

[He stares at the golden wolf, not quite trusting it. Yes, his first instinct tells him that the wolf is planning to eat him. Can she convince him otherwise?]

[Miyabi doesn't make a move, just watching him quietly before lying down on her stomach with her nose still pointed towards Jay. Honestly, did he want a ride or not? Or...bah, no. She doesn't want to talk. Or write it out with her tail.

Giving a soft whine, the wolf folds her ears back and glances around at all the people walking around, then back at Jay, back to the people, aaand back to Jay. Get the message yet, little guy?]

[Jay glances at the people once again, and then back to the wolf. Come to think of it, she does remind him of Giet in a way. He had seen Giet carry normal-sized people on his back, but Jay himself hasn't had that experience.]

[Since the surrounding people were walking by too closely for his comfort, Jay rushed over to her side, climbing onto her back without a second thought.]

[Oh, this particular canine is much smaller than that big pup. She's smaller even than the average wolf, actually (s-sob, always tiny. Always)! Regardless, Miyabi perks her ears up when he begins to climb up and she waits patiently, only standing once she's positively sure Jay is secure. Just be mindful of her wings, please.

She looks over her shoulder at him, swishing her tail and looking out over the village. Where to, captain?]

[He positions himself so that he's settled securely on her back, and yes, he manages to avoid the wings. He looks around, not really having a particular destination in mind. His home seems like too far away at the moment.]

I just need to get away from these people...

[Know of any safe, secluded locations?]

[Miyabi yips softly to let Jay know she understood, then flattens her ears back, thinking. A place with not many people. Hmm... Well, the first thing that came to her mind was her old residence, and it'd be perfect for Jay at this size, too!

So, the wolf begins to trot a little oddly (how do I four legs?) through the crowd. Once she gets the hang of this, though, she's going to try speeding up, so hang on tight.]

[And Jay does hang on as Miyabi carries him through the village. He feels safer already...until she begins to speed up. And then he really hangs on tight.]

[Thankfully, she doesn't go as fast as she could, mostly because she's still getting used to running and jumping on four legs. Even so her pace is quick, and in no time, she canters to a stop beside a small house nestled between the much larger Houses 17 and 18. Her old home, before she moved to Ammy's tree.

She yips once, laying down next to it to indicate this is his stop. She also glances over her back to make sure he was a.) still there and b.) doing okay. No throwing up on her fur, please and thanks. 8|b]

[Eyeing the small house curiously. He certainly hadn't seen it before. But yay, a safe place where they can be tiny together.]

[Jay carefully slides off her back and slowly enters the house. At least it's just his size for now.]

[Miyabi stays close by, curled up with her head resting on her paws. The house should be stocked with food, but just lacks meat and fish. She will not eat that.

Regardless, the wolf sticks around, sleeping, in case Jay needs anything. He can even use her room to sleep, if he doesn't mind the paintings and brushes littering one side of it, where her desk was.]
