I hope the Malnosso manage to accomplish something from this.

[Yes, it's Jay's purple kitty costume that muffles his voice. Each time he tries to remove the head, it just reappears over his own. So, Luceti, don't be too freaked out if you see a large purple kitty head flying out the second-story window of Community Building 3.]

[Alternatively, people may notice him coming out of the building, pulling off the kitty head and throwing it as hard as he could.]

No, I suspect I'm dressed like this because I'm rather older than most of my friends, and vampires are...something of a fascination, of mine.

That might be a safe choice, actually. [Giles holds up his journal] I haven't seen half the people I've spoken with since this whole thing started. Several people aren't letting themselves within two feet of their journals while they're open, thanks to the cameras.

I'm open to suggestions, then, as to how we can be prepared for something we know nothing about, that defies reality.

Or if you know how we could have been "prepared" to be stuck in these costumes for who knows how long, I'd be glad to hear that, too.
