...Senel was already here when I arrived...and he was married to a woman he loved who had died some time ago in my world. And they had a child together. Shirley was here as well, and she seemed happy here.

I understand that Senel loved Stella, and that's fine. But...did they even think about what would happen when they went back home? Stella would be dead again, and the child...the child would just disappear entirely.

[There's a crack in his voice as that hits a little too close to home.]

Right before I arrived here, we had just saved the world from nothingness. We had promised that we would always be together. All of us. And yet when I saw Senel and Shirley here, it was like they had forgotten that promise. It was like they had forgotten about going home.
